Lantana Plaza is a commercial development that Landmark Commercial Developers (LCD) is in the process of developing. LCD is a subsidiary of Landmark Investments, LLC. Lantana Plaza will be situated on ten acres of land on the corner of Lantana Road and Haverhill Road in Lake Worth , Florida . Lantana Plaza will be located just minutes from the Palm Beach International Airport , fine restaurants, top hospitals, and within walking distance of several top rated schools. Within a one mile radius there are 4000 + new homes that are currently occupied and many more that are at different stages of construction. 40,000 cars traverse Lantana Road every day.
We plan to build 88,200 square feet of retail space. As you can see in the site plan, one building will be designed to house a bank of 5000 square feet and office space of 17,200 square feet. The office space will be mostly occupied by medical offices and training facility, due to the fact that Kennedy hospital is within 2 miles of our site. The middle building is 46,500 square feet and is designed to hold upscale boutique retail spaces with 90 foot bays and the width to be customized per client. The middle building will also contain a 4500 square foot convenience store. The third building is 15,000 square feet, and is meant for leisure facilities such as Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Coldstone, and an upscale foreign restaurant chain.
